本次宣傳日活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)于6月15日至7月8日持(chi)續開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)(zhan),向廣(guang)大(da)(da)(da)(da)消費者(zhe)普(pu)及保(bao)險(xian)(xian)知識的同(tong)時,關注老(lao)年(nian)人(ren)成為活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)一大(da)(da)(da)(da)亮(liang)點(dian)。活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)期(qi)間,大(da)(da)(da)(da)家(jia)(jia)(jia)保(bao)險(xian)(xian)將(jiang)重(zhong)點(dian)開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)“我為群眾(zhong)辦(ban)實事(shi)”“7.8云長征(zheng)”“唱(chang)支(zhi)心歌(ge)給(gei)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)聽(ting)”等(deng)(deng)三個活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong),引導保(bao)險(xian)(xian)消費者(zhe)尤其是老(lao)年(nian)群體(ti)維護合(he)法權益、增強保(bao)險(xian)(xian)意識。其中,“我為群眾(zhong)辦(ban)實事(shi)”活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)通(tong)過加強產品和服(fu)(fu)務創(chuang)新、發揮科技驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)作用、利(li)(li)用營業網點(dian)提供利(li)(li)民便民服(fu)(fu)務、開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)“保(bao)險(xian)(xian)五進入(ru)”等(deng)(deng)舉(ju)措,加深老(lao)年(nian)群體(ti)對保(bao)險(xian)(xian)的了解(jie),提升保(bao)險(xian)(xian)消費者(zhe)的獲得感(gan)和幸福感(gan);大(da)(da)(da)(da)家(jia)(jia)(jia)保(bao)險(xian)(xian)組(zu)織全體(ti)員工開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)了“7.8云長征(zheng)”運動(dong)(dong)(dong)健身+黨(dang)(dang)(dang)史教育+助老(lao)保(bao)險(xian)(xian)的健步走活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong),并(bing)根(gen)據捐贈(zeng)步數情況向65歲以上特定老(lao)年(nian)人(ren)群捐贈(zeng)保(bao)險(xian)(xian)保(bao)障,解(jie)決特殊老(lao)年(nian)群體(ti)實際(ji)困難和問題(ti);通(tong)過組(zu)織員工及社(she)區(qu)長者(zhe)拍攝獨唱(chang)、合(he)唱(chang)“唱(chang)支(zhi)心歌(ge)給(gei)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)聽(ting)”短視頻,唱(chang)響獻給(gei)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)和祖國的經(jing)典(dian)歌(ge)曲,展(zhan)(zhan)現大(da)(da)(da)(da)家(jia)(jia)(jia)保(bao)險(xian)(xian)人(ren)愛黨(dang)(dang)(dang)愛國的精(jing)神面貌。大(da)(da)(da)(da)家(jia)(jia)(jia)保(bao)險(xian)(xian)還將(jiang)圍繞健康、疾病、慢性病預防等(deng)(deng)相關的話題(ti)開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)培訓(xun)講座等(deng)(deng)自主創(chuang)新活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)。
宣(xuan)傳日(ri)活動期(qi)間(jian),大(da)家保(bao)險(xian)(xian)集(ji)團(tuan)還(huan)將以(yi)“‘愛’家行動”為(wei)主題,圍繞“以(yi)客(ke)戶為(wei)中心(xin)”的服(fu)務理(li)念(nian),舉辦大(da)家保(bao)險(xian)(xian)首屆客(ke)服(fu)節,展現大(da)家保(bao)險(xian)(xian)人“以(yi)保(bao)險(xian)(xian)為(wei)初心(xin),以(yi)服(fu)務為(wei)使命”的精神(shen)風(feng)貌,更好地連接客(ke)戶、貼近客(ke)戶、服(fu)務客(ke)戶。
