上海2021年(nian)11月16日 /美通社/ -- 北(bei)京時間2021年(nian)11月16日,中(zhong)國領(ling)先的酒店(dian)管(guan)理(li)集團公(gong)(gong)(gong)司格林(lin)酒店(dian)集團(NYSE:GHG,以下簡稱(cheng)“格林(lin)酒店(dian)”,“格林(lin)”或“公(gong)(gong)(gong)司”)公(gong)(gong)(gong)布了截至2021年(nian)6月30日未經(jing)審計(ji)的第二(er)季(ji)(ji)度財報。二(er)季(ji)(ji)度新(xin)開201家酒店(dian),超(chao)去年(nian)新(xin)開111家以及2019年(nian)新(xin)開134家,收益恢復連續六(liu)個季(ji)(ji)度高于行業平(ping)均水平(ping)。
2021年二季度,公司營收為3.5億元(約合5,375萬美元),環比上升43.9%,恢復至同期160.7%。經營利潤為8,930萬元(約合1,383萬美元),同比上升42.5%。按照非美國通用會計準則,調整后歸屬于格林酒店的EBITDA(息稅折舊攤銷前利潤)為1.1億元人民幣(約合1,723萬美元),同比上升44.0%。
隨著(zhu)二季度(du)各地對(dui)疫(yi)情(qing)的(de)有效控(kong)制,旅游(you)和商務出行得以(yi)進一(yi)步復蘇,特別(bie)是清明節和五一(yi)黃金周期(qi)(qi)間,城市周邊(bian)旅游(you)促(cu)進了(le)旅游(you)業(ye)進一(yi)步復蘇。格林(lin)(lin)酒(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)店在二季度(du)恢復速(su)度(du)提速(su),在4月(yue)中旬至7月(yue)中旬,平均(jun)單間客房(fang)每天收(shou)益超過了(le)2019年(nian)同期(qi)(qi)的(de)水平。對(dui)比STR披露數(shu)(shu)據,格林(lin)(lin)旗(qi)下酒(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)店恢復速(su)度(du)高于(yu)(yu)酒(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)店行業(ye)平均(jun)恢復速(su)度(du)。疫(yi)情(qing)后(hou)連續(xu)六個季度(du)優于(yu)(yu)行業(ye)的(de)表現(xian)(xian)。雖然由(you)于(yu)(yu)7月(yue)中南京以(yi)及(ji)周邊(bian)區域疫(yi)情(qing)反復,酒(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)店行業(ye)以(yi)及(ji)格林(lin)(lin)酒(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)店的(de)經營數(shu)(shu)據受到影響(xiang),平均(jun)單間客房(fang)每天收(shou)益在8月(yue)第一(yi)周下降到2019年(nian)同期(qi)(qi)的(de)60.7%,但(dan)是隨著(zhu)疫(yi)情(qing)得到快速(su)控(kong)制,兩周之后(hou)格林(lin)(lin)酒(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)店表現(xian)(xian)開始(shi)迅速(su)回(hui)升,并于(yu)(yu)9月(yue)第一(yi)周恢復到了(le)2019年(nian)同期(qi)(qi)的(de)水平,印證了(le)格林(lin)(lin)酒(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)店的(de)強抗風險能力(li)。
酒店重點戰略區域開店加速
