本實(shi)例一(yi)使(shi)用國微感知F606025系列壓(ya)力(li)傳(chuan)感器,通(tong)過(guo)對(dui)充(chong)放電(dian)過(guo)程的(de)(de)壓(ya)力(li)分(fen)布測量分(fen)析,整體看壓(ya)強曲線變化和充(chong)放電(dian)過(guo)程相對(dui)應。在充(chong)放結束后電(dian)池內部會發生弛(chi)豫(yu)現(xian)象,相當于從緊(jin)繃狀(zhuang)態弛(chi)豫(yu)到疏(shu)松的(de)(de)過(guo)程,每個充(chong)放電(dian)過(guo)程都會有該現(xian)象,快充(chong)更明顯。如圖示中1.2C充(chong)電(dian)后靜置40min曲線會有一(yi)定的(de)(de)下(xia)降趨勢,弛(chi)豫(yu)現(xian)象得以(yi)充(chong)分(fen)體現(xian)。

本實例二主要監測(ce)電(dian)池(chi)邊緣受(shou)力(li)情況(kuang),電(dian)池(chi)長(chang)度較(jiao)大(da),上下兩頭(tou)由于(yu)夾具的(de)存在受(shou)力(li)較(jiao)多,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)(jian)受(shou)力(li)則不明顯。充(chong)電(dian)前,電(dian)池(chi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)(jian)受(shou)力(li)少,整體(ti)壓(ya)強(qiang)偏大(da)。隨著(zhu)充(chong)電(dian)的(de)進行,電(dian)池(chi)膨脹,受(shou)力(li)面積(ji)明顯變(bian)大(da),上下兩頭(tou)壓(ya)強(qiang)數據(ju)逐漸變(bian)小(xiao),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)(jian)開(kai)始有了(le)壓(ya)強(qiang)數據(ju),整體(ti)壓(ya)強(qiang)也會隨之變(bian)小(xiao)。靜置后(hou),電(dian)池(chi)弛豫,恢復初始狀態,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)(jian)受(shou)力(li)面積(ji)減小(xiao),整體(ti)壓(ya)強(qiang)變(bian)大(da)。
