南京2024年(nian)10月11日 /美通(tong)(tong)社/ -- 近日,南(nan)瑞(rui)集團牽頭研制(zhi)的(de)全國首(shou)套單接口兆瓦級超大電(dian)流充電(dian)系統在內蒙古(gu)鄂爾多斯煤礦(kuang)區成功(gong)試運(yun)行,這是我國自主研發的(de)首(shou)套單接口充電(dian)功(gong)率超過(guo)1MW的(de)充電(dian)系統,標志著我國在兆瓦級超大電(dian)流充電(dian)技術上取(qu)得重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)突破(po),將極大緩解重(zhong)(zhong)型電(dian)動交通(tong)(tong)工具面臨(lin)的(de)充電(dian)難(nan)題(ti),對于(yu)加快我國交通(tong)(tong)電(dian)氣化轉型、助力(li)實現"雙碳"戰略(lve)目標具有重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)意義。
該系統是南瑞集(ji)團牽頭(tou)實施國(guo)家電(dian)網(wang)公司總(zong)部科技(ji)(ji)項目(mu)《面向(xiang)交通(tong)電(dian)氣化的兆瓦級(ji)超大電(dian)流充電(dian)接口(kou)關(guan)鍵技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)研究及其標準(zhun)化應用》的最新成果(guo)。項目(mu)由國(guo)家電(dian)網(wang)公司首(shou)席專家倪峰擔任項目(mu)負責人,在南瑞集(ji)團主導(dao)研發的電(dian)動(dong)汽車(che)ChaoJi充電(dian)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)基礎上,圍(wei)繞兆瓦級(ji)超大電(dian)流充電(dian)接口(kou)的市場需求、接口(kou)關(guan)鍵技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)、通(tong)信協議標準(zhun)數字化實現方(fang)法(fa)、標準(zhun)化試驗模擬及檢測技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)等方(fang)面開展科研攻關(guan),并成功實現示范(fan)應用, 在以下三個方(fang)面取得重要突(tu)破(po)。
一是首次將國內充電系統單接口充電功率提升到兆瓦級別。"兆瓦(wa)級快充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)"是重(zhong)型(xing)電動交(jiao)通工具(ju)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電的(de)重(zhong)要門(men)檻。該系(xi)(xi)統單接口充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電設(she)計功率(lv)(lv)超過1MW,采用了(le)先進的(de)冷卻技術,在(zai)實現(xian)大功率(lv)(lv)快充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)的(de)同時,確保(bao)了(le)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電過程(cheng)的(de)安全性(xing)和穩(wen)定(ding)性(xing)。根據現(xian)場充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電測試結果,在(zai)不到8分鐘的(de)時間內,充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電系(xi)(xi)統向電動重(zhong)型(xing)卡車提供了(le)150kWh的(de)電量(liang),充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電電壓達(da)到DC 1000V,充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電電流達(da)到DC 1200A,充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電功率(lv)(lv)達(da)到1.2MW。
二是解決重點/特殊應用場景下超大電流充電難題。目前我國重型電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)交(jiao)通(tong)工具(ju)面臨充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)設施不完善(shan)、缺乏兆瓦級充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)接(jie)口標(biao)準以及多槍(qiang)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(需接(jie)入(ru)多把充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)槍(qiang)同時充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian))等"充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)難"問題。該系統(tong)的成功研制,為(wei)規范(fan)相(xiang)關充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)接(jie)口標(biao)準、實(shi)現大功率高效充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)提(ti)供了解(jie)決方案,在(zai)滿(man)足電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)重型卡車充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)需求(qiu)外,還(huan)可廣(guang)泛應用(yong)于電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)船(chuan)舶、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)飛機等多種電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)交(jiao)通(tong)工具(ju),為(wei)未來多元(yuan)化交(jiao)通(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣化的發展奠定了堅實(shi)基礎。
三是搶占國際標準主導權。倪峰團隊在(zai)牽頭開展(zhan)項(xiang)目技術攻(gong)關的同時(shi),同步部署標(biao)(biao)準制(zhi)定工(gong)作(zuo),于2023年(nian)5月成功推動該項(xiang)目應(ying)用(yong)的充電(dian)(dian)接口技術規范(fan)寫入(ru)國際(ji)電(dian)(dian)工(gong)委員會(hui)標(biao)(biao)準IEC TS 63066《兆瓦級充電(dian)(dian)用(yong)車(che)輛(liang)插(cha)頭、車(che)輛(liang)插(cha)座、電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)組(zu)件》委員會(hui)草案。預計該項(xiang)國際(ji)標(biao)(biao)準將(jiang)于2025年(nian)正式(shi)發布,將(jiang)有力(li)提升我國在(zai)電(dian)(dian)動汽車(che)充換電(dian)(dian)領(ling)域國際(ji)話語權。
