據中(zhong)國人力資源管(guan)理研(yan)(yan)究會常務副會長(chang)劉磊博士介紹,中(zhong)國最(zui)(zui)佳(jia)(jia)健(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)雇(gu)主評(ping)選已連續舉辦(ban)六屆,本屆最(zui)(zui)佳(jia)(jia)健(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)雇(gu)主最(zui)(zui)凸顯(xian)的(de)(de)特征是有韌性。在我(wo)們(men)的(de)(de)調研(yan)(yan)中(zhong)發(fa)現:過(guo)去的(de)(de)一年里(li),85%的(de)(de)受調研(yan)(yan)最(zui)(zui)佳(jia)(jia)健(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)雇(gu)主不僅能夠度過(guo)危(wei)機(ji)恢(hui)復正(zheng)常,還能夠隨著環境(jing)的(de)(de)變化而轉型,將新的(de)(de)態度、信(xin)念、敏捷性和(he)(he)變化的(de)(de)組織(zhi)架構不斷(duan)植入(ru)到企(qi)業的(de)(de)DNA中(zhong),從(cong)而推動組織(zhi)快速(su)迭代和(he)(he)發(fa)展(zhan)。后(hou)疫情(qing)時代,企(qi)業都在探索組織(zhi)發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)(de)新路徑(jing),我(wo)們(men)期待通過(guo)持續的(de)(de)健(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)組織(zhi)賦能,將健(jian)(jian)(jian)康(kang)雇(gu)主的(de)(de)最(zui)(zui)佳(jia)(jia)實踐(jian)宣傳推廣,給(gei)更(geng)多企(qi)業以啟發(fa)和(he)(he)借鑒。
